Money-Saving Bargains from February 20th, 2011...

Now through 2/26, JCPenney is offering up some great online deals on Men’s and Women’s apparel!  You can get $10 off a $25 online purchase by entering the following promotion codes…

Plus you can get FREE shipping to your local JCPenney store (no minimum) or FREE shipping to your home with orders over $69 when you enter the promotion code MENS69W4 at checkout.  There are a lot of clothing items on Clearance for under $5 each…I spotted these SJB Active Striped Women’s 2fer Tees marked down to only $5.17 and was able to add 5 to my cart and after all discounts, the total came to only $15.85 plus tax!  That equals out to around $3 per shirt shipped to your local JCP store!  Not bad!

**AND, you can get an additional 5% cash back by going through ShopatHome or Ebates!  It pays to shop from home! :)

Currently, Amazon has this 16″ or 20″ Sterling Silver Box Style necklace priced at only $5.99 (reg. $59.99!) plus FREE shipping!  I can’t imagine paying almost $60 for this necklace, but under $6 seems like a good deal!

While I was shopping in Randall’s tonight, I noticed that the Duncan Hines Brownie mixes are on sale for only $1 through Tuesday 2/22!  And you can use the $.50/1 Duncan Hines Brownie Mix coupon(s) from HERE to get them FREE (after the coupon doubles)!  Keep in mind that my Randall’s only doubles one similar coupon per transaction, so if you’re wanting to buy multiple mixes, you’ll have to do several transactions.

Here’s what I scored tonight in 4 transactions…

Please note that I’m not trying to “brag” about my deals, but hopefully inspire you to clip coupons, follow store deals, keep your eyes peeled for all sorts of coupons in store, and save, save, save (whether it’s coupons for the best deal or money!)!

If your region was lucky enough to get the Target ad that states “FREE $5 gift card for purchasing ANY 7 Frozen food items” in it, you can score a GREAT deal at Target this week!  Unfortunately, the Texas ad here says we’ll get a FREE freezer bag for purchasing 6 frozen food items. :(   However, I’ve heard that if your ad has the $5 gift card promotion in it, that it is producing the $5 gift card on ANY frozen items!  You could purchase 7 burritos or small ice cream cups at $.84 – $1 each and get back a $5 gift card!  AND, you can purchase more than 7 in one transaction and/or roll this deal and take the $5 gift card back everytime!  How cool is that!?

Also, if your store sells the California Pizza Kitchen single pizzas priced at $2.04 and you have access to multiple computers, you could potentially snag 7 pizzas with the new $1.25/1 California Pizza Kitchen product coupon, pay $5.53 after coupons, and get back a $5 gift card!  You’d only pay $.53 for 7 pizzas!  Awesome!

Here is another possible deal scenario-

Transaction #1 -

  • Deal Scenario – Buy 7 Market Pantry frozen Steak & Cheese single burritos, $.84 each
    • Pay $5.88, but get back $5 gift card
    • Final Cost = $.88 for all 7!

*Update* Transaction #2 –

  • Buy 7 Tony’s Crisp Frozen Crust pizza, $1 each
    • Use (7) $.50/1 Tony’s coupons from the 2/13 SS insert or the $1/2 Tony’s coupon HERE
    • Pay $3.50 using gift card from Transaction #1, but get back another $5 gift card
    • Final Cost = FREE + money maker!

…and on and on and on!  Let us know what goodies you score! :)

(Thanks, Totally Target!)

    • Final Cost = Only $.44!

  • Millstone Coffee small bags, $1.69 – $1.75
    • Use the $2/1 Millstone Coffee coupon from the 2/13 RP insert (supposedly goes through without beeps!)
    • Final Cost = FREE + possible overage!

Wow!  Here are even more deals to add to your CVS shopping list this week!  There’s a great new unadvertised deal on EOS lip balm at CVS through 2/26!  Here’s the deal…

  • EOS lip balm, $2.99 = $2.99 ECB (limit 1)
    • Final Cost = FREE!

Also, you may want to keep an eye out for Mentos Chewy Mints (in tubes) on sale for only $.50!  If you can find them for this price at your store, you can get them FREE by using the $.50/1 Mentos product coupon in the 2/6 SS insert!  Yummy!

  • Mentos Chewy Mints, $.50
    • Use the $.50/1 Mentos product coupon from the 2/6 SS insert
    • Final Cost = FREE!

**And, as a heads up…I’ve heard that the ECB has not been printing for some on the Cadbury Eggs deal, so be sure to check your receipts and catch it if it doesn’t print for you!

(Thanks, Collin!)
