Paid $2.05 Out of Pocket for all 11 Items!
I ran into CVS this afternoon to use a few coupons that are expiring TODAY, and scored a few goodies! AND I think I’ll be Constipation FREE for a long while now!! Hehe…
Here’s the breakdown of my trip…
- 1 Dulcolax Balance 17.9 oz, on 50% off clearance for $11.99
- Used (1) $8/1 Dulcolax coupon
- Used (1) $4/1 any Dulcolax CVS coupon from price scanner machine
- Final Cost = FREE!
- 1 Olay Body Wash, $7 = $2 ECB
- 1 Secret deodorant travel size, $1.49
- Used (1) $5/1 any Olay Body wash when you purchase any Secret deodorant from the 10/31 P&G insert (expires today!)
- Paid $3.49, but got back $2 ECB
- Final Cost = $1.49! I know that’s not the best deal, but I realized that I hadn’t used any of my $5 off coupons and needed to roll some ECB’s!
- 1 EOS Sphere Lip Balm, $2.99 = $2.99 ECB
- Paid $2.99, but got back $2.99 ECB
- Final Cost = FREE!
- 3 L’Oreal Endless Lipsticks, on 75% off Clearance for $2.87
- Used (1) $5/2 L’Oreal cosmetic coupon and (1) $2/1 L’Oreal cosmetic coupon from the 11/14 RP insert (thanks, Mom!)
- Final Cost = $1.61 for all 3!
- 2 Gas-X Prevent, $6.29
- 1 Gas-X Cherry Chews (36 ct), $7.49
- Used (2) $4/1 Gas-X Prevent coupons
- Used (1) $3/1 any Gas-X coupon
- Paid $9.07 but got back $10 ECB
- Final Cost = FREE + $.93 money maker! Keep in mind that my $10 ECB did not print because I bought the $7.49 Gas-X, but the ad says ANY Gas-X product, so it should have worked. The manager had to force the ECB.
- 1 Pumpkin TeaLights (25 ct.) Bag, on 90% off clearance
- Final Cost = $.49 (I just couldn’t resist pumpkin smelling candles!)
Final Cost = Paid $2.05 out of pocket after using $15.95 in ECB’s, but got back $14.99 ECB’s! AND, I’ll save my receipt to put towards the new $20 P&G rebate!
